Age Restrictions: Early Entry is available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Children 14 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian when participating in Early Entry (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase an Early Entry ticket).
We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited: All Early Entry ticket elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Early Entry tickets are non-transferable and all sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges.
Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Details and Instructions: All Early Entry ticket holders will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show.
If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Early Entry ticket communications, email: info@frontiertouring.com.
Subject to Change: Early Entry may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time: Early Entry may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Early Entry ticket.
Entry: Early Entry ticket holders will enter the Auditorium before all other ticket holders.
Exact times will be sent to all Early Entry purchasers closer to the Show dates.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Early Entry Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
